SOUTH CAUCASUS, FIRST HALF 19TH CENTURY
The indigo field with scattered minor S-motifs within an overall lattice formed of angular stellar flowerheads with serrated leaves, in a shaded rust-red serrated leaf and scrolling polychrome S-motif border between ivory, golden yellow and sky-blue stripes, even light wear throughout, one end rewoven in the outer stripe, minor small cobbled repairs, selvages rebound.

The indigo field with overall polychrome Mina-Khani design, in blue border of rosettes and angular floral vine between yellow and blackcurrant-red stylised floral meander stripes, outer barber-pole and plain stripes, slightly corroded black and mauve otherwise good pile.
