DESCRIPTION
of baluster form, with bulbous body, the tall
conical neck terminating in a tulip mouth, the
foot ring slightly splayed, decorated in brown
lustre and cobalt blue on a cream ground, the
body with roundels and split palmettes filled
with scrolls and foliate forms, a narrow
geometric band below with further bands of
calligraphy reserved on a solid lustre ground,
the lower body and mouth decorated with roundels
enclosing the dot and feathery motif
