I first met Dr. Khosrow
Sobhe when Micky and I spent a day in New York and had
the chance to spend some time with Dr.
Khosrow Sobhe. In the picture above we are in the
coffee shop on the 10th floor of Sotheby's. We met there
so that we could look through the auction preview of the
big fall sale at Sotheby's.

Iran. Khosrow is like a brother to me. I trust him
implicitly. I also admire his rugs as among the very best
from Iran.

great Gabbehs made by Qashqai weavers in Fars
Province. He has been kind enough to share
pictures of the weavers who make his rugs.
