AGE: From the 1990s.
Construction: Hand-knotted and hand-woven wool on wool, wool pile and
wool fringes, tribal GHOOCHAN rug from Afghanistan. Circa 1990s.
Traditional GHOOCHAN design showing motifs and symbols of tribal life
such as stars, tents, plants, flowers, animals, etc. The cornices of
this carpet appear to have camels, elk, horses and others.
COLORS: Lovely lipstick coral medallion, navy and ivory fields and
border, and many other lovely colors to discover, like emerald, rose,
bronze, true blue, olive garnet and many more!
Condition:
Excellent condition. Never used.
