International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and adviser to
the Iranian parliament in atomic issues, speaks during a
news conference after the IAEA board of Governors meeting
in Vienna, November 29, 2004. The IAEA, a U.N. watchdog,
passed a resolution approving Iran's week-old suspension
of sensitive nuclear activities as part of a deal with
